How do we design a course so that we know for sure that we will know that the students know what we want them to know? If that sounds confusing, you are in the right place. Presenters Sarah Anderson and Sara Cooper (ILLC) will share strategies showcased at the June 2013 Institute for Teaching and Learning in Long Beach.

Join us in MLIB Studio A on Wednesday, November 13th, from 5:30-7 pm. Bring your laptop and have in mind a Spring 2014 course you want to work on.

Why aren’t students doing what I want them to do? What do I need to do differently to keep the students on task, in line, and learning? Join us this Thursday, October 24, from 4-5:30 in MLIB Studio A for three perspectives on classroom management from Juni Banerjee-Stevens (Counseling), Celeste Jones (Social Work), and Mary Soto (Education). The presentation will be followed by an exchange of ideas with fellow participants.

Before you can begin grading using Turnitin for IPAD, you must:

1) Download the app from iTunes

2) Generate an Access Code for your course

*  Turnitin for iPad is only accessible with Turnitin instructor users. Student access is not currently available.
